Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

You must return the item within 14 days from the date you received the package and you must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please email contact@flameofphoenix.com.au or go to our contact page to request a refund and a return email will be sent advising of where to send the item you wish to return.

Postage will be the responsibility of the person returning the item.

 

We do not offer returns on items that have been custom made to your specific design, unless the item is being returned due to damage during transportation.

Refunds

Once your item has been received, it will be inspected accordingly and you will be notified of the status of your refund.

Should your return be approved, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded unless goods are returned as a result of damage.

You will be notified once the refund has been transacted. We will not take responsibility for the time taken for the refund to be processed into your account.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility and are non-refundable. 

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
